Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your shipment every step of the way.

We offer express tracked shipping using internationally recognized courier services such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx. This ensures that your order arrives safely and on time.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including major regions like the United States, Europe, United Kingdom, and Australia. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is FREE worldwide for orders over $70 USD or the equivalent in any currency. For orders below this amount you will be able to see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.
Customs and Import Duties
- Mala and Bracelets: These items are shipped from our European branch in Sweden, so no additional customs duties or import taxes will apply.
- Statues, Singing Bowls, and Thangka Paintings: These items are shipped directly from our studio in Nepal, where they are blessed and cleansed as part of their religious significance.Hence their price displayed on them are tax free. As such, they may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the laws of your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and they are typically collected upon delivery. We encourage customers to check with their local customs office for any potential charges that may apply to their order.

Our delivery will take 3-6 business days.
